What is this?

I realized there was a flaw that the Assistant doesn't have a song of her own that will further elevate her and the cafe events. So I ultimately decided that it would be best to contact the producer again, especially since they gave me another discount. 

The idea of the song is to have it play as something more consistent when the assistant is interacting with the cast. This song ultimately has a double meaning.

1. The assistant is trying to manipulate the cast into making the game more fun. She is more open with her emotions, which this song also showcases her more openness.

2. The planned cafe events will attempt to bring everybody more together, this song is a reminder that everybody is fighting for their own survival.

3. The Assistant will be the one carrying out executions, so it adds a darker touch to this track with certain parts of the track, which falls in line with the multi-layered perspective at play.

This is a track meant to be very seductive/manipulative and actively doing so. So it sounds like a track from James Bond. Made to play during dialogue in the background during the cafe scenes, at least when the assistant is in play. I'm not sure if it will only be her track when she is on screen, or if it play during the start of the cafe overall. Even with the cafe events being a little far away from starting, I do want to plan how it's going to go well enough so I can jump right in when I get to it. Since the cafe events have had the most problems so far with playtesters, it's something that needs to heavily be improved upon due to how often it happens, and I might as well make it special and fix some holes in the current cast dynamics.

Anything else?

Still working on the first trial events. But overall it's going well enough. During some planning for what I want the new cafe events to be like, I realized I have to heavily redesign to look and feel of the current cafe. Everybody is a little too separated, and it needs areas to have people talk in it. There is some other stuff I plan on retooling/reworking a little so it's a bit better for the player to interact with. A non-randomized shop option would be nice for example, along with making some events text events into layouts that look and feel easier to interact with. So it might be a while before I'm able to do anything more with the cafe. It's good to get this song made and out of the way so it can be ready right when I need it.
